Whats this little white man stand for?

Well iv never seen this before until today so would be great to find out what it is please

There are 3 little symbols:
little man: infantry
little tank: tank
little ship: battleship and transporter

Stealth are distinguishable from the rest. The outer border is different.

Don't forget the little subs!

It's a zoom bug. Your infantry is in top of the city, not inside.
