General gives +3 cash every turn?

I had actually posted the legit pic. Anyway yea the -30 cost to gen is just a stat but I don't think it gives 30 cash.

I looked at the text from quoting, we all posted the same thing ([img][/img]), but for me the only the one I posted worked and the one tact posted 2nd. Weird. And what I meant is the cost of a unit every turn which is 1/10 of its price if I remember correctly, which would mean a cost of -3, which is 3 gained.
