Today I won a war, outnumbered and outmatched. (1v4)

I won a war today, after being pushed back by four nations all allied to my capital, I fought furiously, using bombers to rain hell upon invading tanks and reinforcing my capitals walls with infantrymen. You may ask, do you possibly think stalling the enemy with walls will earn you a victory? No, not at all. When I was in debt after having most of my neighboring cities seized and all of my forces depleted, with at least 100+ hostile tanks nearing my capital, I did the one thing nobody ever expects, I get into roleplay-mode and pretend to be watching as my capital is about to be pillaged! I wrote each turn detailing that day based on the events of what my enemies did (attacking infantry walls and beginning to attack) and one of the powerful of the four BETRAYED THE OTHER THREE! He enjoyed my tale and drove the other three back! Two of them left the game and the last one still wasn't ready to give up, so I recited a quote from a certain post-apocalyptic game... "War, war never changes" and after some talking we all ally'd each other and befriended each other! Moral of the story? In certain doom start typing and hope you emotionally move one of them to defect to you!

TL;DR 1v4, won by writing a journal of each turns events.

Sounds like an epic story, you should do commentary on the AW radio or something.

Nice, diplomacy is good, but usually it all comes down to your own strength.

Congrats, eventually you'll get used to it.

Its a good lesson iv been 1v8 before by the socialist party, i lost after a bloddy 5 hour war to the invaders, moral of my story is after that game i became survivalist not a player of mass power but a cunning player that did what they need to do to win, i will say since then i have never lost a scenario match and dont plan to ever be on the bad end of an ally fag again. This story reminded me of my past and im greatful others are learning the art of deception much in the way i did, forged by fire.

Next, post some screenshot and elaborate more, it would make a great story if we could see what happen also. I would really enjoy more stories like this.
