Slovenia vs Montenegro tourney sign up

Hello, I know there is unfinished tournament that has same kind of settings called Cyprus vs Malta and this tournament based on it, though this one will be with different countries.
I slightly adjusted game settings for this tournament.
In overall it is similar to the other Cyprus vs Malta tournaments you need to play both countries in best of 3 mode.
This tourney will kick off with maximum of 16 players, though if there is more than 16 at the time of sign up that are willing to play I will maybe increase it to accommodate all these who want to play !

Toureny rules:
Winner screenshot or confirmation of opponent.
Best of 3.
Inactivity for couple of days post to expiry date result in technical loss.
No direct attacks on each other pre turn 5.

This tournament is without trophies.

Put me in, but Slovenia wins 99% of matches because of easy expansion and early outnumbering of Monteniggas. Luxembourg-Slovenia is more balanced than Slovenia-Montenigga.

99% is exaggerated percentage it is not even close to 60%.
However I agree Slovenia does have a slight advantage just like Malta has against Cyprus in term of expansion not that I can say it about Luxemburg.
