Different country different unit picture?

Okay well i am not saying that every little country should have a different picture because that would be hard to do. but how about different the pictures among the continents. like all of japan and china down to Vietnam should have there own south America and north America well have there own EU,Russia can probably be the same, Africa towards Australia can have the same. i guess middle east and India the same . but idk might still be to much work. but its a good idea i think. and it would help in the senerio games because there is a lot of vs games and if you have like humans vs UFO people you have different unit pictures but the stats still the same.
