It's hard to keep track on people who change their name too often and then delete the previous ones, so thus, I propose to limit the option to delete former names to certain amount of protocoins, let's say 200 protocoins for full 1 day option to delete former names.

Just delete this option. U have a name or u don't, if u change it you shouldn't be able to delete your former name.

Never changed mine, how do you delete one? Didn't even know you could do that. Agreed, confusing.

Agree with Kaska... i can't recall why this feature was implemented - there was a reason, just don't know what it was, and i don't think it was critical. It may have been to give 'branded' players who were trying to change their reputation a 'fresh start' but it creates more problems than it solves imo.

That's what I originally suggested in one of the threads, I don't know where it's now, but I was thinking about the possibility of making money from it, in any case I support both options.

It was implemented because certain admins become tired of being asked to delete names and clans. Support Hdrakons idea of charge per change. Good potential for microtransactions.
