Custom messages, initial spawns, events?

I don't think there are custom events yet, but I could be wrong - and if so how do we add them?

Custom messages - I've seen these in a zombie scenario, how are these done?

I guess that initial units in cities is based on what the primary defense, or if none the secondary defense unit is - but if you had say 1 main and 3 secondary defense type units can you specify what a city starts with?

While making a scenario go to the options ----> events. yo can make events there (show custom message * nobody reads them... * and place down units *up to 500 per person*)
