Can't Clone the World Map

I can't clone the world map and make my own map. When I test the game, players can only pick the capital city, not the whole county at the start. Your units are confined to the capital city and they can't move away from it.

Did you had the "Loop map horizontally" option enabled? I know that it causes this kind of problems. Let me know if disabling the option and saving the map makes it playable for you.

I had the same issue and yes I had it enabled. disabling this option seems to fix the problem. It's working for me now.
