As long as they sign a agreement it will be win for russia and loss for ukraine, things can be rebuilt that is true, but as we all seen in previous wars that have left countries entire infraestructure destroyed, corruption will end up eating up most of the resources provided by the west and trauma due to this war will take generations to heal.
