Fix the Coalition Index

Just about everything on the page needs to be updated not just the circled part. New people wanting to create a clan would be confused if they win or lose something and it doesn't do what it's supposed to (since it's not what it is today)

The FAQ page needs to be updated whenever there is a significant update, really.

Also, I just want to note since the update you can only search for active coalitions. If you click show all, and then type in to the search box e.g. dalmati, no results come up. There is no way to make the search tool search older coalitions, instead one has to trawl through page after page to find them.

Additionally, you can only show all coalitions ordered by competence, if you try and order them by e.g. cw's played, only the active coalitions are shown.

Maybe this would make coalitions like Dalmati be more active so that they can have a big 1 next to their coalition name. Just sayin.
