Add Aircraft carrier Unit?

I think that aircraft carriers are necessary to be added. They are going to enhance naval battle. I thing that a Aircraft carrier should build 2 types of planes, anti-air fighter or anti-naval bombers. A carrier can build only 3 planes (and they must be of the same type) same as cities with "3 unit production capacity". The carriers must be expensive. What do you think of my idea? Plz vote!!!
