Creating Units (Rare)

Is it possible to make a specific (Rare unit), obtainable only by a specific country!

Im no talking about making the unit, limitied to get in a country, but if I can make it so that when you start with a country, that country is the onlyone that can get a specific rare unit when they expand and attack other cities.

I don't think its possible, because if game creators put that on to a country, for example on Ukraine, than the game creators would place on the same country to get the unit. It would make a mess and considered cheating. So, I say no on this.

It is possible. Click on "limit reinforcements to own units". I don't know where do u find that.
