Sentry planes are blind for Marines?

No, Sentry Planes can detect any stealth unit within it's stealth detection range, of course.

They are also pretty good to have a good overview in the enemies battlefield, since it has a great "normal" view range also. I always send at least one near each of my enemies capitals.

Sentry planes are also great turnblockers when you are rich because of the great range
