Afterwind v1.1, when will it be released?

Either I couldn't spot the old thread, or it was deleted. So I made a new one- if it still exists, please link me to it. Anyways, since we know amok is still moving into Albion, I just wanted to know if there is any specific month or date that we can expect the update by. Something tells me the holiday season will bring something special, but who know's. Also if there is any info on what's to come (Population casualties, Cargo ships, Cards) feel free to post them. Please try and lean towards actual things mentioned by the admins though to back up your statement, speculative idea's are a little far off at the moment. I just want fact's and thing's more likely to be implemented here.

I appreciate the developers made something like 5 frickin' major releases in one year but the game definitely still feels rough around the edges. I think Ivan should put up a tracker, similar to one used in open source projects so bugs and improvements can be filed there. I don't like Trac too much but I'm pretty sure there are superior alternatives.

Agreed. But I should add, I think AW should go back to Beta. I honestly don't see the game as ready for full release even now. Maybe rename the old "beta" to "alpha" and bring it back to beta preferences? Idk. Just seems like an unfinished product, with everyone using GW and IF most of the time and many bugs and whatnot.

Ivan has said development was temporarily delayed while Amok moved, because only he handles the game coding. Latest news I've heard is that Amok has arrived in the new location, and recently got his internet running and may be able to take a look at a few things. I am sure he appreciates how eager people are to see new features. Let's just try not to forget that he has a life, family, and job outside of AW as well.

omg guest, I was sooo hoping someone said that!!! I was kind of scared at posting a thread about robo santa because I wasn't sure if this was the game that had him, but it would be sweet if he returned! maybe if you catch him, you could get a trophy or something. Like, solve a bunch of riddles in the forums, and find out how to obtain him, and once you get him in game- well, I think you get it lol- im just really excited right now, so many new things so fast ^^
