So, what's with Casual Games?

When you latejoin I get that you join automatically and stuff. But why sometimes you don't get reinforcements AT ALL in the next turn? You have to always wait for reinforcement week? What if the game isn't set to instant join?

You don't have to wait until the reinforcement week bro. You just have to wait til the next turn starts.

Nah, the way it works right now is that you only get units on your main country in the reinforcement week ):
