SL Background upload bug

I was having problems earlier, so I created a new map to see if it was just my map having problems. But it's not just the map, its any map I clone/make and try to upload a background on.

Anyways, I tried to upload the same background the map has on the modern world map type. It went black as soon as I uploaded it. Am I the only one having this problem? This is on IE by the way.

Also, when you have a map and want to edit it, it doesn't let save borders on it.

Someone please bring this up to the Admins xD

Clovis1122 now has to listen our problems/restart servers/moderate the game/take the insults that are meant to go to the other admins/help needy people/fix the map editor/wash our clothes/house us and buy food and clothes/and ban abusive moderators
