What is this Hacking Detected page?

So I opened up atwar and the first thing that appeared was this.
As you can see on my screen, I have nothing open besides the browser and Voobly, which is needed to play Age of Empires 2.
Never seen this before, is it supposed to stop hackers or something?

Same thing happened to me....
I think their anti hax code is on steroids....
