Atlas of first-level administrative divisions

There's a lot of fantastic custom maps on this game, and I adore maps. I've had this page bookmarked ever since I found it just in case it came in use for anything, and I think I've found one. I for one can't make custom maps, but for those that can, this page should be a great help to you. It contains maps of the first-level administrative divisions of near enough every single country on Earth. It'd be great to play a a civil war scenario in - say - The Dominican Republic. Here:

But for those that think some countries don't have enough divisions, there's another website. It contains a table of every type of administrative division for pretty much every nation - from territorial authorities of New Zealand to the Kommuner of Sweden. There's a lot to see:
