Ally cant see the stealth i spotted?

Isnt an ally supposed to get notification of the stealth i spot? and be able to see them on map?

my transport on the coast of Oman sees 10 subs full of marines(pretty much right next to me-lucky parking place)-his bombers would be very helpful on them - but he cant see them
