ELO WAR - CLAN WAR

Hello everyone,

I am back after 6 years and I was listen the active people.
Lot of complains regarding the inactivity of clan wars tab.

Well I suggest to insert in same tab, a new mod.

ELO WARS

Works like Clan wars but alliances will be disable.

This way more people will play for it and increase the activity of old players what normally only play in CWs.
