Lobby not loading

This is the only tab open in browser, nothing else, not even facebook/reddit. i've logged out and in, tried different browsers, cleared cache, restarted computer, tried on my phone, and still getting the same thing:

Yep same thing happened to me. Restarted my pc, tried everything but I get the same pop-up everytime.

Pakistan, Dominican Republic, Netherlands and India can't seem to load Atwar?
I'm guessing that the server restart that happened around 2 hours ago has disrupted something...
Basically because I was in a game and everyone got disconnected, no one could join for about 30 minutes.
Then people rejoined but it lasted ten minutes before disconnecting for another ten, and then I refreshed.
I got to come back and play the game, which became more laggier but at least I finished.

Came back and tried to join another game.
The game room failed to load, refreshed and then got this message.

I am not using Chrome, I am using Safari.
I tried Chrome and Firefox but neither seem to work with Atwar, but i can load other sites.
Cleared Cache, restarted modem, tested my connection (25 Mbps), but nothing fixed it.

I really wanted to play today :/
