I dont understand all the new cards. These syncro cars and some type of summoning. What happened to the good ole days of yu gi oh

Synchro summon is like you need a tuner and a non-tuner and together their level has to be equal to what the description of the synchro summon monster says (for example 8 lvls. if the tuner is 3, the non-tuner has to be 5). Then there's XYZ summon >.>

In XYZ you can summon a monster from your extra deck when you have the required number of lvl monsters on the field. so for example it says on the xyz monster 2 lvl4 monsters, so then you xyz summon it but the monsters you used to summon it dont go to the graveyard, but you put them under the xyz summoned monster and often on the xyz summoned monster it says "detach 1 xyz monster to activate the blabla effect)

i'm not quite sure if this is 100% correct but thats what i remember

Why must they make it so much mire complicated than before :'( I remember when it first came out you only had 2k lifepoints and now if you only have 2k you will lose in a turn DX
