Calling on the banning of Fappino from At-war

Yesterday, someone named "fappino" has took it upon himself to ban an entire clan from his maps. Unknown to him, such an action is against the at-war rules; rule #23, to be specific. Though I have appealed the ban to a moderator who agreed that the ban has no merit, such an action cannot go unpunished. As many paying customers were banned in this rule violation, I call upon the permanent banning of "Al Fappino" from this community, as such actions are unwelcomed.

Such matters should be discussed with the mods, not put up to public debate in the forums.

I 100% support this decision for the mod to make a move to permaban Fappino. The rule are absolutely clear. Even though many people have called upon mod to lift off the ban for the people because Fappino and his allies was attacking us for no reason via banning people who are supporter and a member of our clan. (In that case, Fappino utilized and abused central banlist to control atWar Community for personal reason.) We just want to start up our clan, and we are doing pretty well.

I think the action Fappino has done must not go unpunished. As a whole atWar community, we know it better than having a person who bans half of the server for personal reason as an attack.

Mods, please close topic. They are mad they cant ply an RP may because the map creator reserved his right of copyright to not allow people to play it and now RP farmers want RP back and are whining about it

Perhaps you didn't read the rules in At-war. Allow me to refresh your memory with this image:




[Banning for personal reasons without map rule violation is considered against the game rules. "Copyright" has different meanings in different countries, so perhaps pick a different attack. Also, calling people who play RP for fun "farmers" is disgusting. ]

It sounds to me that Fappino can go around and trample on anything he wants, and when people point fingers at him, a few of his closest people defend him like this.

"Oh, he didn't MEAN to ban tonnes of people for being associated with a clan he hates".
"He's a nice guy. He should just get a slap on the wrist"
"Let him goooo!!!"

No. He should be held to account for such extremism.

Here's a thought: play a different map!

No one cares how "large" you are. No one takes RP farmer seriously. You want to know what's disgusting? Watching you people suck low ranks away from real games that actually teach them something into a game that teaches them nothing. And then, when someone bans you from THEIR map you cry to mods about it. Stop whining, and make your own map if you're so pissed.You're an RP alliance, not a clan. You don't play different maps, you play one map with a different name. Stop acting like 12 year olds. You have a problem with a player? You bring it up to mods, you don't post it on the forum like an attention whore.

It sounds to me that crybabies can go around and trample on any map they want, and when mapmakers tell them they can't play their maps, they get a few of their RP farming friends and defend their case like this:

"Oh, we don't CARE about the game, we just care that a mapmaker who we don't like get's banned so we can play his map".
"He's a mean guy. He should just get his throat slit, nothing too radical"
"I want RP!!!!!!!!"

No. He should not be banned for a few crybabies whining.

If the bans were unjustified than taking away his banning privileges and reversing the bans is enough, just because you're mad you were banned doesn't mean you can dictate harsher ban terms

I have only played RP for about 8 -9 months now, and I play it because I truly love the aspect of the game. I have brought two irl friends to this game to play with me as well, and they love(d) it. We have the right to play any map this game offers- especially us who subscribe to support this game. If we get banned for skewed personal reasons of the map maker, then we have the right to bring this issue up with the entire community. He is a danger not only to many players who are banned for associating with the wrong people, but potentially others who joined our clan seeking friendship. Now, in response to "acting like a 12 year old"- I resent that accusation, citing that I am bringing his actions to public knowledge, and your comments are making it easier and easier for everyone to understand the type of people Fappino employs to back him up- an illiterate clown like yourself.

The point of punishment is not only to reverse and prevent the crime (as you are suggesting), but also to act as a deterrent to others, and as a means of distributing actions that would make him learn by consequence. And yet, you are lying. Let me make one thing perfectly clear: I have enevr taled to Fappino. Ever. But I'm not going to let a bunch of 12 year olds try to get a random person banned using "extremism" as a reason for it. You try to use "fear" that he's going to turn into some dictator. Unlike you, I have never played RP, nor will I play it. In fact I would be okay if tomm. I woke up and all RP maps disappeared. But I could care less. What I do care about is a bunch of fanatical RP worshipping farmers trying to ban a creator of RP. What's next, am I going to see 100 messages from the farmers you employ? We don't need to make this a public feud Llama. Take it to the mods please don't put it on public display. I don't agree with his actions but until the mods have made a decision it doesn't need to be paraded around.

But the legal system is different in different parts of the world so you can't use that as a defense. All Mods should do is unban you crybabies and take away his banning privileges. He abused his banning powers- take away the banning, problem solved.

What sort of uneducated garbage are your throwing up? Do you even read what you write? Also, I love how you call us "cry babies". We pay. We have a right to play. We were banned for no valid reason, as stated in the rules, and we will seek out his banning. He is toxic to the community, as he is spreading this control of the only gamemode a lot of people play.

Completely taking away his banning ability and current bans is doing exactly that, map makers fought hard for the banlist, losing it isn't something we would take lightly

I don't support taking away the ban list, don't get me wrong. I support punishing someone who clearly violated the game's rules on a massive scale.

No one said you did, I simply pointed out that the appropriate punishment for this would be taking away Fappino's banlist not everyones
