Looking for Group

I'm looking for a serious group, that plays together and uses real tactics and possibly skype/ voice chat for ease of communications. If your group roleplays that would be awesome as well but doesn't have to.

You might have a hard time to that.
There are no serious clans that rollplay. Roll play ruins skill, so most clans won't accept big roll players.
