Maps On Feature Editor Will Not Work

Okay, I am frustrated right now, as my scenarios will not play like I want them, I have tried so many workarounds to this. I have tried cloning the map, creating another brand new scenario (Which also didn't work), I don't know why this is doing this, but I am starting to get annoyed. (Especially since I am fairly poor and spent $5.99 on a subscription)
