Please fix that glitch

I duuno how he did it, but i cant attack his units or defence my cities when he stuck there like that.

This bug is annoying as Fuck when it happens to you, but excellent when it happens to your opponents (permanent wf)
Maybe you should try refreshing. It clears up sometimes if you do so (not always and not a majority of the time)
