the strat in eu is very good but in scenario it is broken in a lot of cases because it legit gives 0 cost stealths

CO feels too strong, especially in team games where you have obscene amounts of cash and can fund while still full spamming your cheap marines. Marines needs an adjustment. Making them 50 cost would be fair.

I put underpowered mostly just to balance out the people who think it is "overpowered."

This strategy is good and this poll shouldn't be representative of the hundreds of players who don't come on the forums. This is like letting only people in NYC vote and determine how the entire USA is governed. Most people I've encountered think the strategy is perfect

For the people who thinks it's underpowered: just remember you have viable options to expand. Helicopters do not have any attack restrictions. +8 vs infs +7 vs militia. With helicopters capacity upgrade can also carry that one 40 cost marine.

To those who thinks it's overpowered , less transport capacity and less attack options.

It's balanced in my eyes

Edit: spamming marines is just like spamming pd or imp infantry. Relatively same attack and defense and cost

You forgot the main thing, they are invisible. It's so annoying to fight CO.
