Where is the option to pick your strategy?

I haven't played the game in a while and I forgot where the option to pick which strategy was.

If you were in SilverLight(I didn't check if you were) then now in html5 to choose strategy you will have to have the game started and underneath all the players menu and their countries you should see it.

Click on it and choose your strategy.

You can also choose what strategy will be picked before you join any match in your profile settings.
