Error: Maximum players limit reached, sorry

So I am trying to create my own map and test it every now and then but I keep running into issues. Initially it said no map was found, and now I'm getting "Error: Maximum players limit reached, sorry" despite there being 3 countries to pick from.

Any tips or information would be very welcome.

It's because of the scenario not being synced with html5. You need to wait for the next time the admins reload scenarios for it sync up.

How much does it take for them to reload it?

it's usually reloaded every day I believe
