Capital colour

Even no one has chosen black colour, this capital was coloured in black (It was not neutral, but even if it was, it wouldn't be black)

Indeed, an issue reported a while back is still present. For me it happens in most games, whenever there's "capital trading" happening.

Actually it happens to me sometimes when I refresh and the capital is empty

This happens to me every time I join a game.
