Proto coin options

It would be good an option where you can choose any amount of PC to buy with 3% tax. I understand why there are limited choices, but that shouldn't apply to atWar.

Example:

The real cost for 600 PC would be $7.50
But that option doesn't exists, so with my suggestion it would be: $7.72
