A city population/reinformeds question.

How much population does a city need for get an extra reinformeds?
for example how much population does a city like Patras need for become a 2 reinformeds city?

I tested this a while back and as far as I can remember, it was seemingly random, though usually around certain ranges. Something like 9 turns for a first increase. The higher reinfs already there the higher chance (8 before something like 2)

Bombers make the biggest casualties.Once i played 1vs1 Asia and we both bombarded India lol. India was without population,we could not make reinforcements. Anyway make a map,put some city and put 1 reinforcements.Computer will automatically write the population.So try with that.

So Bombing wipes out population in a city .....that explains why i cant make over 1 new troops there every 4 turns when it was over taken i bombed the heck out of it so i could take it back easily.....wont do that again ...
