This thread questions what covers the movements system; does it have some sort of identifiable variables? Are these variables separate or there is more to this. In dire need of enlightenment for movement prioritization because am nub. Thanks

1. Is recruiting city units considered a move?
2. If a unit/stack stops and redirects direction
3. If a ts/atp stops, boarded and moves again
4. If a unit/stack latemoves
5. Walling unit per unit
6, Unit separate from stack

You can take all your units out in one go to lessen chance of tb, if you have the range. Merging/splitting stacks counts, apparently it used to work that each split counted each stack in separate tb chances but it doesn't anymore.... idk it's not very clear on what happens. All you can do is look at what has happened and go by that I guess.
