Our neighborhood noob and team playa, T3mpest, needs premium. He is a decent competitive player and would like to participate in the community, however he is limited due to not having prem (he cannot buy it himself- he is a young lad. We all know how that goes..); he is very active as well and friendly, and sometimes a troll (aren't we all?). So you're PC won't go to waste!
