Maps Rating!

Hi,

all maps have a Rating from 1 to 5 stars. How get a map a Rating?
I have never seen an option to give a map a rating, is this feature still available or did i miss something? How and can i give a map a positive or negative Rating?

Nah just in maps/scenario section hover the map or scenario and give it 1-5 stars.
