More time for dc and lags

We all know how many games r lagging, so in t of 6 min i loose third time on lag, and we all have personal issues with comps and net providers, so i would suggest extra time counter if game lagging, and more t to be counted as dc from game

Yes because waiting for mins for some person with an atrocious net connection is just fine. No I'd rather end up dc-ing and lagging a bit and missing turns once in a while rather than have to wait for some noob's atrocious net to catch up (*cough*Internet Explorer*cough*)

Woah, that's the new program everyone is talking about right? I just got it, in fact, I'm sending this message from it right now. They even say they're making a new and improved Internet Explorer with Windows XP. I hope they manage to release it before 2005!
