RA is your best strategy. It requires a lot less upgrades to be played efficiently. PD requires the infantries upgrades, which costs a lots of SP so I don't suggest it for beginners. IMP only good if the starting funds are bad. P.S: changing the question a bit, I would 100% suggest you to first get the naval transport capacity upgrade (most vital upgrade ever), then buy marines, then buy Master of Stealth (MOS). It's THE BEST strategy against beginners simply due to the fact that they don't wall their cities. You can assault their capital by surprise and win the game on big time and they won't even expect it. Playing MoS is a bit hard but very very very rewarding. I'd suggest you to give a look at learster guide ( http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=2411 ) to see if you understand it. Consider getting submarines after that to make the things easier.

PD best strat I use RA in low funds. At 90 cost tanks, i have very high attacking power. In europe 5k i like playing ireland or belgium since they give a lot of cash.

Honestly, if you're talking about fighting beginners, you don't even really need MoS to do that... just the Marines. I don't have the strat unlocked yet, but I still can easily use Marines to take unwalled capitals. Obviously, you'd want MoS if you're planning on using stealth units seriously though and not just for a quick win on people who don't know to wall.

GW is a fun start but you won't really compete well if that's what you're after

My personal favourite was Sky Menace(SM). I kept using it for world maps, +1 capacity, strong bombers, high range. My stacks kept destroying all those tank they made. If you want a more detailed guide please PM me, I will help you.
