New CW rule: No 1v1 CW's

Please do not 1v1 CW or the CW will be removed and the players in question may be banned. This is to prevent farming, an inaccurate portrayal of a clan's skill/ability, and CW's were not designed to be played in this way.

Edit: For now, 1v2 cw's are still fine for now.

Maybe making cws able to begin with 4 minimum players would help and consume less time at moderating it.
