The question is simple. How to lose, how to not lose your shit over every loss, how to learn with defeat?

A loss in atwar is just another way of learning. Learn how your foes played, see if people commented on your moves, take everything that you did wrong and simply see it as a learning point. Every player loses. Sometimes it sucks especially if the game went on for a really long time. Trick is also to not get into too much post game talk if you aren't happy about losing. Just say "GG" and leave the game. Sometimes luck will be against you and that is apart of most games. Take a breather, tune out after a loss and think of what happened, and try something new next time!
