Hello i have 2 problems

Sorry for this i'm french so sorry for my english I'm look the first pages ans i not find the solution ....

So i have 2 problem

The first : - I have an account linked with my fb account and when i wish connect whit this account i do connect whit my fb this is do automaticly by the site but often the connexion between site and fb account fail often .... and i don't understand why ...

The second : is about app atwar in my home the app not fonctioned ... the app connect and instantenly disconnect .... i have not time to seize my identifient ...

So if you have the solution Thank you in advance

You can always make a password and login without facebook.
I don't get your second problem
