Muted for no reason and can't get a response?

Hi I was playing a game in Africa where me and another player were being friendly and worked together to win. After that I was muted without explanation. I did not notice until I tried to talk 10 minutes later. Now I am muted from every single channel except report. I have been using /report to try and contact the mods for an hour and no one is responding even though there's 3 mods on. Why was I muted? Please lift my mute.

I never abused the help channel there were like 50 people spamming shit about anal sex on the help channel. What did I say? I might have told them to shut up but that's it. I think this was unjust!

Possibly. Mutes should be over by now (or in a couple of minutes). Dunno the complete story, just got online.
