How to properly use the Editor

So, I bought premium and I would love to make a roleplay, or kind of an UN themed map or something like that. I have really tried to make a map but I haven't really understood how to do anything. Are there any guides/tutorials out there or someone who could write one? It would be great for the community and everyone.
