Lagging hard

I am lagging hard in the game. The website is working but in game I get disconnected every 5 s. So obviously not able to play the game. Can someone fix this or suggest some ways to solve it or atleast suggest some reason why this is happening.

In Chrome I am getting disconnected, in firefox it is not even loading. All other sites are working well in my computer.

I hope I am able to post this message.

my download speed is 18.79 Mbps upload speed is 23.16 Mbps is that alright by your great standards. And I did mention all other sites are working quite fine. What part of that didn't you understand.
