Possibly, if you detonate a nuke while its still a tropical depression. Nuclear detonations are known to cause abrupt changes in weathern patterns do to the extreme amount of heat let off by a nuclear device, which would cause the equilibrium of hot and cold air to stagnate, as the nuke would heat up the cold air preventing the mixing of high and low pressure, hot and cold systems. But the effects a nuke would have on a region simply out weigh those of the damage done by a natural hurrican. Plus who knows what effects manipulating weather like this would have on ecosystems, and weather systems globally.

You're an idiot if you think the energy of a nuke is enough to change the cataclysmic and unimaginable power of hurricanes. An average hurricane has the energy of tens of thousands of nuclear bombs. Your handful of nukes won't do squat. Even if you managed to do so before the hurricane forms, I HIGHLY doubt it will do anything.

I dont, i said a tropical depression, prior to becoming a hurricane could potentially be redirected by the heat of a nuclear blast.
