Can someone give me some advice on what to choose in europe+ 3k?
No matter what I choose, serbia always seems to be too powerful. It's cheap, has good reinforcements, nice space to expand to...

Belarus is better imo, less people capable of fighting you early on.
You dont even have any enemies if you choose portugal.
