Disconnected all the time

I always got disconnected fast, and I clearly had no I what the wrongs are. I've an internet speed to 300 kb/s.
Can anyone help me? I really love this game, and I am hoping to resume this game in peace.

Its the old client. some guys have problems with the new, maybe you are one of them
