Land tranport?

How about the admins create a land transport unit? (Like Halftracks, which were common in WWI, II, etc. Would help give your armies a bit of boost when moving large stacks across Asia, or other large chunks of land.

I'm a bit concerned that this might make Air Transports redundant. If this is made, it'll have to be priced high enough to be balanced with Air Transports.
