+1hp for destroyers

Well, i think the destroyers are really weak compared to the cost, i propose to put +1 hp to the destroyers, i mean,is a ship with tons of armament, and you only need 2 tanks regardless the strat to kill it.

Use naval commander,but critical is op in this game.
