How many times can you change your username for free?

As many times as you wish, with subscription (which you have).

That's great and all but surely some users will abuse that power and change his/her every day or so.

That with a name ''Jesus Hrist'' wrote some stupid things about christianity in global chat.Tell him not to do that.Also we have some guy which name is Celt-with a nazi profile picture,and nazi picture for his general.I dont know how to report,but i dont like when someone talk bad about any religion,or talk bad about any nation,race. ... Admins try to solve that problems,tell them not to do that,dont ban them,first warn them.

Celt's picture is not "nazi" enought to do something here, don't know about his general though.
Basically, swastica is prohibited.
Any other related picture ususally showes "stupidness level" of it's owner.
But again, this particular one is almost normal....

those serbians, you mention, on the other hand, is a bunch of underage fellas (their behavior allow me to think that), who is rebellious and "I can do everything, coz it is Internet, and I am not scared to say bad words not in the face". Before them, there was a bunch of turks.
We try to work with them, but it is not always possible, to report that, type /report "text" or make a screen and send it to any mod.
