Highlighting upvotes

Just a small idea to highlight the topics with the most up votes or keep them closer to the top of the page or something just to keep the more popular ideas in view of players who might have missed out on what was happening for a few weeks, due to internet problems or whatever it might be. so something like more than x amount of votes stay up top and the rest are left alone.

like the filters that already exist, such as New and Updated topics, or New and Dev posts, how about adding one for Upvotes. One that sorts them by topic and posts, ranking them from highest to lowest votes and yeah, leave topics or posts off the list if they fail to get 5 or more votes or could even be higher like 10 or whatever.
